Respostas rápidas

Music Keys

  • As teclas de mídia não vão para o Música. O Music Keys precisa de uma permissão de Privacidade e Segurança. O painel mostra um aviso com o botão que abre a lista certa, onde o Music Keys precisa estar ligado.
  • O Música não obedece. Confira em Ajustes do Sistema › Privacidade e Segurança › Automação se o Music Keys pode controlar o Música.
  • Os botões dos AirPods continuam indo para outro app. É esperado: os botões de fones não passam pelo teclado, e o Music Keys cuida só das teclas do teclado.

Window Keys

  • Os atalhos não fazem nada. O Window Keys precisa de duas permissões: uma de Privacidade e Segurança e o controle do System Events. O painel mostra o que falta, com um botão para cada uma.
  • Um atalho não responde. Outro app pode estar usando a mesma combinação. Desative o atalho nesse app e desligue e ligue o Window Keys no painel.

Screenshot Keys

  • Shift-Command-3, 4 e 5 abrem a captura do macOS. Desligue os atalhos de captura do macOS em Ajustes do Sistema › Teclado › Atalhos de Teclado › Capturas de Tela, ou troque os atalhos no painel do app.
  • O atalho não captura. Ligue o Screenshot Keys em Ajustes do Sistema › Privacidade e Segurança › Gravação de Tela e Áudio do Sistema. Se o macOS pedir, feche e abra o app de novo.

Contacts Keys

  • A busca não acha ninguém. Confira em Ajustes do Sistema › Privacidade e Segurança › Contatos se o Contacts Keys tem acesso.
  • Control-Option-K não abre a busca. Outro app pode estar usando a mesma combinação. Troque o atalho no painel do Contacts Keys.
  • O WhatsApp abriu no navegador. É esperado quando o app do WhatsApp não está instalado no Mac.

Mixtape

  • Nada toca. O Mixtape precisa de uma assinatura do Apple Music e do acesso ao Apple Music, que o macOS pede na primeira vez. Confira em Ajustes do Sistema › Privacidade e Segurança › Mídia e Apple Music.

Water Break

  • Os lembretes não aparecem. O Water Break precisa das notificações: ative-o em Ajustes do Sistema › Notificações. Os lembretes também só vêm no expediente e nos dias que você escolheu, param quando você passa da faixa do dia e esperam enquanto um modo Foco estiver ligado.
  • Os copos não aparecem no outro Mac. Os dois precisam estar na mesma conta da Apple, com o iCloud ligado. O macOS sincroniza sozinho, e pode levar alguns minutos.

Compras e reembolsos

Na App Store, quem vende é a Apple: a compra, as atualizações e os reembolsos são feitos por ela. Para pedir um reembolso, use reportaproblem.apple.com. Para instalar um app que você já comprou em outro Mac, abra a App Store com a mesma conta Apple e procure em Compras.

Privacidade

Os apps não coletam dados. A política de privacidade explica, app por app, o que fica no seu Mac.

Quick answers

Music Keys

  • The media keys don’t go to Music. Music Keys needs a Privacy & Security permission. The panel shows a notice with the button that opens the right list, where Music Keys needs to be on.
  • Music doesn’t respond. In System Settings › Privacy & Security › Automation, check that Music Keys can control Music.
  • AirPods buttons still go to another app. That’s expected: headphone buttons don’t go through the keyboard, and Music Keys only handles the keyboard’s keys.

Window Keys

  • The shortcuts do nothing. Window Keys needs two permissions: one from Privacy & Security and control of System Events. The panel shows what’s missing, with a button for each.
  • A shortcut doesn’t respond. Another app may be using the same combination. Turn the shortcut off in that app, then turn Window Keys off and on in the panel.

Screenshot Keys

  • Shift-Command-3, 4 and 5 open the macOS screenshot tool. Turn off the macOS screenshot shortcuts in System Settings › Keyboard › Keyboard Shortcuts › Screenshots, or change the shortcuts in the app’s panel.
  • The shortcut doesn’t capture. Turn Screenshot Keys on in System Settings › Privacy & Security › Screen & System Audio Recording. If macOS asks, quit and reopen the app.

Contacts Keys

  • The search finds no one. In System Settings › Privacy & Security › Contacts, check that Contacts Keys has access.
  • Control-Option-K doesn’t open the search. Another app may be using the same combination. Change the shortcut in the Contacts Keys panel.
  • WhatsApp opened in the browser. That’s expected when the WhatsApp app isn’t installed on the Mac.

Mixtape

  • Nothing plays. Mixtape needs an Apple Music subscription and access to Apple Music, which macOS asks for the first time. Check System Settings › Privacy & Security › Media & Apple Music.

Water Break

  • The reminders don’t show up. Water Break needs notifications: turn it on in System Settings › Notifications. The reminders also come only during the workday and on the days you chose, stop once you pass the day’s range, and wait while a Focus is on.
  • The glasses don’t show up on my other Mac. Both need to be signed in to the same Apple Account, with iCloud on. macOS syncs on its own, and it can take a few minutes.

Purchases and refunds

On the App Store, Apple is the seller: purchases, updates and refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. To install an app you’ve already bought on another Mac, open the App Store with the same Apple Account and look in Purchased.

Privacy

The apps collect no data. The privacy policy explains, app by app, what stays on your Mac.

Respuestas rápidas

Music Keys

  • Las teclas multimedia no van a Música. Music Keys necesita un permiso de Privacidad y seguridad. El panel muestra un aviso con el botón que abre la lista correcta, donde Music Keys tiene que estar activada.
  • Música no obedece. Revisa en Configuración del Sistema › Privacidad y seguridad › Automatización que Music Keys pueda controlar Música.
  • Los botones de los AirPods siguen yendo a otra app. Es lo esperado: los botones de los audífonos no pasan por el teclado, y Music Keys solo se encarga de las teclas del teclado.

Window Keys

  • Los atajos no hacen nada. Window Keys necesita dos permisos: uno de Privacidad y seguridad y el control de System Events. El panel muestra lo que falta, con un botón para cada uno.
  • Un atajo no responde. Otra app puede estar usando la misma combinación. Desactiva el atajo en esa app y apaga y enciende Window Keys en el panel.

Screenshot Keys

  • Mayúsculas-Comando-3, 4 y 5 abren la captura de macOS. Desactiva los atajos de captura de macOS en Configuración del Sistema › Teclado › Funciones rápidas de teclado › Capturas de pantalla, o cambia los atajos en el panel de la app.
  • El atajo no captura. Activa Screenshot Keys en Configuración del Sistema › Privacidad y seguridad › Grabación de pantalla y audio del sistema. Si macOS lo pide, cierra y vuelve a abrir la app.

Contacts Keys

  • La búsqueda no encuentra a nadie. Revisa en Configuración del Sistema › Privacidad y seguridad › Contactos que Contacts Keys tenga acceso.
  • Control-Opción-K no abre la búsqueda. Otra app puede estar usando la misma combinación. Cambia el atajo en el panel de Contacts Keys.
  • WhatsApp se abrió en el navegador. Es lo esperado cuando la app de WhatsApp no está instalada en el Mac.

Mixtape

  • No suena nada. Mixtape necesita una suscripción a Apple Music y acceso a Apple Music, que macOS pide la primera vez. Revisa Configuración del Sistema › Privacidad y seguridad › Multimedia y Apple Music.

Water Break

  • No aparecen los recordatorios. Water Break necesita las notificaciones: actívalo en Configuración del Sistema › Notificaciones. Además, los recordatorios solo llegan durante la jornada y en los días que elegiste, se detienen cuando pasas el rango del día y esperan mientras un modo Concentración esté activado.
  • Los vasos no aparecen en mi otro Mac. Los dos tienen que tener la misma cuenta de Apple, con iCloud activado. macOS sincroniza solo, y puede tardar unos minutos.

Compras y reembolsos

En la App Store, quien vende es Apple: la compra, las actualizaciones y los reembolsos los gestiona ella. Para pedir un reembolso, usa reportaproblem.apple.com. Para instalar en otro Mac una app que ya compraste, abre la App Store con la misma cuenta de Apple y busca en Compras.

Schnelle Antworten

Music Keys

  • Die Medientasten gehen nicht an Musik. Music Keys braucht eine Berechtigung aus „Datenschutz & Sicherheit“. Das Panel zeigt einen Hinweis mit dem Knopf, der die richtige Liste öffnet, in der Music Keys eingeschaltet sein muss.
  • Musik reagiert nicht. Prüf unter Systemeinstellungen › Datenschutz & Sicherheit › Automation, ob Music Keys Musik steuern darf.
  • Die Tasten der AirPods gehen weiter an eine andere App. Das ist so gewollt: Kopfhörertasten laufen nicht über die Tastatur, und Music Keys kümmert sich nur um die Tasten der Tastatur.

Window Keys

  • Die Kurzbefehle tun nichts. Window Keys braucht zwei Berechtigungen: eine aus „Datenschutz & Sicherheit“ und die Steuerung von System Events. Das Panel zeigt, was fehlt, mit einem Knopf für jede.
  • Ein Kurzbefehl reagiert nicht. Vielleicht nutzt eine andere App dieselbe Kombination. Schalte den Kurzbefehl dort aus und Window Keys im Panel aus und wieder ein.

Screenshot Keys

  • Umschalt-Befehl-3, 4 und 5 öffnen die Bildschirmfotos von macOS. Schalte die Bildschirmfoto-Kurzbefehle von macOS unter Systemeinstellungen › Tastatur › Tastaturkurzbefehle › Bildschirmfotos aus oder ändere die Kurzbefehle im Panel der App.
  • Der Kurzbefehl macht kein Foto. Schalte Screenshot Keys unter Systemeinstellungen › Datenschutz & Sicherheit › Bildschirm- & Systemaudioaufnahme ein. Wenn macOS danach fragt, beende die App und öffne sie neu.

Contacts Keys

  • Die Suche findet niemanden. Prüf unter Systemeinstellungen › Datenschutz & Sicherheit › Kontakte, ob Contacts Keys Zugriff hat.
  • Control-Wahl-K öffnet die Suche nicht. Vielleicht nutzt eine andere App dieselbe Kombination. Ändere den Kurzbefehl im Panel von Contacts Keys.
  • WhatsApp hat sich im Browser geöffnet. Das ist so gewollt, wenn die WhatsApp-App nicht auf dem Mac installiert ist.

Mixtape

  • Nichts wird abgespielt. Mixtape braucht ein Apple Music-Abo und Zugriff auf Apple Music, den macOS beim ersten Mal erfragt. Prüf Systemeinstellungen › Datenschutz & Sicherheit › Medien & Apple Music.

Water Break

  • Die Erinnerungen erscheinen nicht. Water Break braucht Mitteilungen: Schalte sie unter Systemeinstellungen › Mitteilungen ein. Außerdem kommen die Erinnerungen nur während der Arbeitszeit und an den Tagen, die du gewählt hast, hören auf, sobald du den Bereich des Tages überschritten hast, und warten, solange ein Fokus eingeschaltet ist.
  • Die Gläser erscheinen nicht auf meinem anderen Mac. Beide müssen mit demselben Apple Account angemeldet sein, mit eingeschalteter iCloud. macOS synchronisiert von selbst, und das kann ein paar Minuten dauern.

Käufe und Rückerstattungen

Im App Store verkauft Apple: Kauf, Updates und Rückerstattungen laufen über Apple. Eine Rückerstattung beantragst du unter reportaproblem.apple.com. Um eine gekaufte App auf einem anderen Mac zu installieren, öffne den App Store mit demselben Apple Account und sieh unter „Käufe“ nach.
